1. Assembly of Pre A1 (pSB1A2)

The gene fragment Pre A1 is composed of BBa_K206000) and BBa_B0034. We digested the vector fragment BBa_B0034 with XbaI and EcoRI and the insert fragment BBa_K206000 digested with EcoRI and SpeI. We ligated these fragments together to form Pre A1.
